Grand Avenue Park sits on a bluff overlooking the Everett Marina. It is a 5 acres hill top park located on Grand Avenue between 19th Street and 16th Street. After a re-dedication in June of 2008 the park was upgraded with wider walkways, historical street lighting, public art installations, including a compass rose, and new planting beds. The park over looks the Everett Naval Base, and Port Gardner Bay.
