Meadowdale Beach Park surrounds the lower section of the Lunds Gulch Creek north of Edmonds, WA. The 108 acre parks features trails that meander through old-growth forests and lead down to an access point to the salt water beach.

The Bridge 370, built in 1927 during Everett's growth years, spans the north and south banks of the Snohomish River and connects State Route 529 "Yellow Ribbon Highway" from Everett to Marysville and is a handsome 80-plus year old dual deck two-lane vertical cantilever bridge. It is eventually slated to be replaced with a four-lane non-movable bridge. It is easily seen from Interstate 5, which it parallels.

Picnic Point Park 12001 Picnic Point Road Edmonds, WA 98026 Located on the shores of Puget Sound, Picnic Point Park offers a tranquil and scenic setting for picnicking and beach activities. Tables and charcoal cookers are available for picnicking enjoyment. With its excellent views of Whidbey Island and the distant Olympic Mountain range, sunset viewing is always a popular pastime. With its large pedestrian overpass, the park provides convenient access to the beach, picnic areas, and restrooms. Those who are physically challenged may require assistance. As with all the beaches lining the Puget Sound area their accessibility depends on the current tide levels. To get the most beach area make sure you visit the park during a low tide.

No. 78 Northwest Railway Musuem

Located in downtown Snoqualmie along Railroad Ave SE the Northwest Railway Museum features a collection of Steam Locomotives, Internal Combustion Locomotives, Passenger Cars,Freight Cars, and smaller items such as Logging and Industrial Equipment,Maintenance of Way Equipment.

The Snoqualmie Depot was constructed in 1890 by the Seattle, Lake Shore and Eastern Railway. It was used by successor companies Seattle and International Railroad, Northern Pacific Railway, and the Burlington Northern Railroad.  The Snoqualmie Depot is open 7 days a week year 'round (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day; there is limited access during Day Out With Thomas and Santa Train events). 

 

There is no admission charge to visit the depot; hours are 10am to 5 pm.
